Whenever someone decides to go on business, they should set a budget to handle all matters, and legal ones are not less important. You will pay for your website domain, otherwise you will not get it, so, why would you not pay for the legal protection for it?
Google is really helpful in so many ways, but the truth is that anyone can upload anything, even templates for websites that might look legal, but they will not guarantee that your website is really legally protected.
Is it ok to copy paste? Of course not! Why? To begin with, each website is unique, therefore your legal documents should align YOUR needs. This is also why you shouldn’t copy paste from another website, even when you think a lawyer could have drafted those documents. You are not really sure that the protection will apply to your website.
Free templates are not updated, so unless you are a specialized lawyer, you cannot be 100% sure that the protection is accurate.
