Have a very strict privacy policy: First of all, make your legal documents visible. You must notify users of your information collection, use, and disclosure practices.
Get verifiable parental consent: If your website/app collects any personal information from a child, the first and most important step is to obtain verifiable parental consent and it should be set in a way that you know for sure that the actual parent is agreeing to everything.
Allow to delete: Give parents the possibility of deleting the kid’s information whenever they want to opt-out from the website/app.
